1. Medical disclaimer
Information on this website, including the Dental Help Assistant, is general health information. It is not a diagnosis, a prescription or a substitute for an examination by a qualified dentist. Every mouth is different; only an examination can tell what treatment you need. Do not start, stop or change any medicine based on this website.
2. Emergencies
If you have severe facial swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, bleeding that does not stop, high fever with swelling, or a serious injury, call +977 9715955315 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately. Do not rely on online information in an emergency.
3. The Dental Help Assistant (chat)
The chat is an automated assistant, not a person, dentist or doctor. It answers from a fixed set of general information prepared for Doctors Dental Care. It runs only in your own browser: what you type is not sent to our server, not stored and not shared. Please do not type personal or sensitive details into the chat. To discuss your own condition, contact the clinic.
4. Appointment requests
When you send the appointment form, your name, phone number, email (optional), preferred date, service and message are emailed to the clinic so we can contact you, and a confirmation is emailed to you if you gave an email address. We use these details only to arrange your appointment and do not sell or share them. To ask us to delete your details, contact the clinic.
5. Job applications
When you apply through the Careers page, your details and CV are emailed to the clinic only to consider your application and contact you. The CV is not published or shared. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.
6. WhatsApp, Viber and phone
If you contact us by WhatsApp, Viber or phone, those services’ own privacy terms apply to the messages you send through them.
7. Your health information
We treat health information as confidential, in line with Nepal’s Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018) and professional duties of confidentiality.
